This is a 10 page paper booklet from Rosewood Manor, designed by Karen Kluba, featuring the sampler on the cover and several smaller ones, such as A NEEDLEBOOK AND A BOOK MARK, AS WELL AS WELCOME SIGN. The pattern is split and enlarged, so that each segment is easy on the eyes. 

Karen's style is refined, which you can witness in fine flowers and design elements. It creates gentle, lacey effect and elevates the whole piece to a higher level of needlework. A perfectly vintage look is achieved by hand-dyed linen and threads.

 Fabric required:  Platinum Linen, 28 count.

Design is 221 x 105 stitches. So, if stitched on 28 count linen, the finished size will be 7.9" x 3.75". You'll have to add 2-3" to each side for framing, therefore, 10.9" x 6.75" fabric cut will be required.

 The piece uses mostly full cross stitches, backstitch, French Knots, Long stitches, Elongated Algerian Eyelet, Diamond Eyelet, Satin Stitch variations, Round Eyelet, Diamond Smyrna, Elongated Vertical Smyrna Cross, 4-sided stitch, - all of which are featured and explained in step by step schematics in the booklet.
