The close knit Button Town neighborhood features two rows of houses with button windows. A checkerboard patchwork area and vine with button flowers make up the center of this small quilt. Directions are included for hand and machine applique. Finished quilt size: 27 " X 39"

5/8 yd pale blue small print fabric for sky
3/8 yd medium light tan print fabric for flowered pathways
3/4 yd medium dark green print fabric for bias vine
3/8 yd medium brouwn print fabric for binding
1 1/4 yd fabric for backing
Checkerboard patchwork area fabrics: 17 light and 17 dark fabrics in cream, light tan, tan. khaki. and shades of brown Each square measures 2" (mini charm pack will work wonderfully here.
House, door, and roof fabrics: 6 light and 4 medium light to medium fabrics for houses Houses 1-4 and 6-10 need 1/4 yd or a fat 1/8 of fabric. House #5 needs 1/8 yd.
